Garden centers and plant nurseries sell annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, vegetables and houseplants, along with soil, mulch, fertilizer, pots and tools. Independent nurseries often grow part of their own stock and carry varieties that do well in the local climate, while big-box garden departments compete on price for common plants. Wholesale nurseries and growers sell to landscapers and sometimes to the public at volume prices; tree nurseries sell balled-and-burlapped and container trees and can deliver and plant large specimens. Specialty growers focus on bonsai, cactus and succulents, orchids or native plants, and hydroponics stores sell lights, nutrients and systems for growing indoors.

Fort Worth is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Fort Worth is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Could be much better. A lot of empty space that could have been filled with inventory instead. Only had like 10 individual succulents total and they were all stretched out due to lack of sunlight. Their location is horrible and I assume they donβt get much traffic because of it, add to it barely any productβ¦ I donβt understand how they can stay in business- unless they do large landscape projects, but as an open to the public nurseryβ¦. π¬ I donβt say any of this to be mean, simply observations.

I grew up down the street and as I was driving by my old childhood home I noticed this shop!, Kent was so nice and so knowledgeable about all the plants. I had no idea this place was here!, I will definitely be back. All of the plants were so beautiful and healthy I could tell they have all been loved and taken care of especially in this Texas heat!! Kent was watering this cantaloupe and it was so amazing I took a photo. Loved this place!!!
